1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the ab89 platform or registering an account, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ab89 and the member.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. However, the original English version shall prevail in the event of any legal interpretation.

Ab89 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with ab89, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided during registration — accounts found to contain false information will be terminated.
• Each member may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• After registration, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification (KYC).

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Ab89 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: 100 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 300 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit — alternative methods are not permitted.
• Ab89 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Ab89 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, so please read them carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — each member is entitled to claim it once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable rollover requirement (typically 10–30x the deposit and bonus amount).
• There is a set deadline to complete the rollover. If not fulfilled within the given timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Ab89 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if misuse or manipulation is suspected.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on ab89. Detailed rules for each sport are also available.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so double-check everything before placing your bet.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds in effect at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Ab89 reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of match fixing or suspicious outcomes.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed on those odds will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab89 platform. Violations will result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another member's account or allowing others to use yours.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Abusive behavior or threats directed at staff.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Involvement in match fixing or any corrupt activity.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Ab89 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason. Accounts are typically suspended or closed under the following circumstances:

• If false information provided at the time of registration is proven.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be refunded. However, bonus balances will be forfeited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Ab89 is committed to protecting members' personal data. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

• Information provided during registration will be used solely for account management and KYC verification purposes.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Information may be shared with authorities when required by legal obligations.

9 Responsible Gaming

Ab89 believes gaming should be purely a form of entertainment. Never bet beyond your means.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• You may opt for temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time if you feel it is necessary.

10 Changes to Terms & Their Effect

Ab89 reserves the right to modify, update, or remove these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. Bangladesh law shall govern the resolution of any disputes.
